I got the mixto which I got before at the stand and the meat alone lacked in flavor and needed the salsas to hold it up. The pork butt was on the dry side and the skin was way chewier than I remember. Maybe I came on an off day, but I was disappointed especially after thinking about this place weekly for the past 3 years. Don't get me wrong, the tacos were still good, but they were average compared to other carnitas. ”
